Mnet’s “WIDE” aired a short snippet featuring Sooyoung and Seohyun on June 3rd. The two girls are shown playing a magnetic fishing game, using small poles to capture fish with mission numbers on them. The mission Seohyun received asked both girls to strike model poses. The second mission told Sooyoung to talk about the drama she is currently starring in.
Yoona continued her promotion for SK Telecom LTE with the release of two cute CFs this week. In the first commercial, MC Hammer’s “U Can’t Touch This” blasts through the speakers while an adorable Yoona demonstrates the phone’s motion functionality. The second CF takes on a less serious note and features one of Yoona’s never-before-seen traits: silence.
Girls’ Generation showed off the latest in home theater technology in two 30-second clips for LG’s Cinema 3D TV. While the other members are watching Sooyoung’s recently premiered tvN drama “Dating Agency; Cyrano”, Seohyun slaves over cooking a nutritious meal for her unnies and Tiffany is agitated by a ringing doorbell. Their misfortunes are alleviated by Yuri and Yoona when they display the television’s newest features.
BBC News gave a special mention to Hyoyeon in its video about the opening of Topshop’s store in Hong Kong. In the clip, the BBC News reporter notes, ”People here have heard of the brand before in fashion magazines, but it was the appearance of Korean pop star Kim Hyoyeon that got the crowd excited.”
Sunny recently went to visit BS Eye Center in Gangnam to receive eye treatment. A couple years ago, she received LASIK eye surgery there as well. BS Eye Center uploaded a photo of Sunny with one of the doctors on its me2day account and tweeted a photo of Sunny’s signature.
Yuri uploaded three new profile pictures on her UFOtown account this week. The first update was a side selca in which her wide eyes and cute smile gave the image a very cute feeling. The second update was of her dog Hani; the puppy’s fluffy ears and cute pout have no trouble capturing the viewer’s attention. Yuri’s newest update is another picture of Hani, showing four cute shots that make Hani appear as if she is playfully popping up from behind a blanket.
Tiffany regularly updated her UFOtown profile picture this week. The first two updates featured Tiffany’s new puppy, Prince Fluffy, who she revealed to fans for the first time. In the second adorable update, Tiffany can be seen fresh-faced and holding Prince Fluffy.
Travys Kim and Ha Jiyoung, Sooyoung’s fellow MCs on “Midnight TV Entertainment”, both attended the first concert of “2013 Girls’ Generation World Tour – Girls & Peace”. Travys later tweeted a picture of himself and Ha Jiyoung with both Sooyoung and Yuri backstage.

James Lee, one of the Royal Pirates members, uploaded the photo on his Instagram and wrote, “Girls’ Generation jjiang”, which is a perfect description of the girls.
Ha Jiyoung revealed twophotos on her Twitter account to celebrate Sooyoung’s one year anniversary as an MC on “Midnight TV Entertainment”. In these pictures, Sooyoung is shown excitedly receiving her cake and flashing a peace sign.
